with interest from September 28, 1831, until
paid. $5,239 19 deposited by district attor-
ney at sundry times on account of judgment.

Suit ordered December 18, 1832. Balance re-
duced in June, 1833, to $425 09. District
attorney instructed, November 14, 1835, to
proceed with the suit.

Judgment, May term, 1829, against Alexander Kilgour, administrator D. B. N. for $15,590 85 to bind assetts. Mr. Kilgour has sold some lands in Montgomery county, Maryland, under a decree of court, and states by letter, dated October, 1834, that in a few weeks he will make a report of his proceedings. No report yet received from him, and has been written to on the subject.
