Duchy. Sutton harbour. 39 and 40 Vict., c. lxvi. Authorising the duke of Cornwall and the Sutton harbour improvement Co. to enter into and carry into effect agreements for certain purposes (27 June 1876).

Duchy weights and measures. 11 Hen. VII, c. 4, sect. 6. For employing standard weights and measures. The act however not to be prejudicial to the duchy for any weighing apparatus belonging to the coinage of tin, but the customary weights to be used, the said act notwithstanding. The standard weights for Cornwall to be kept at Lostwithiel (1495).

Duke of Cornwall's livery. 2 Hen. IV, c. xxi, The duke of Cornwall may give his liveries or sign [of the swan] to his lords and to his menial gentlemen (1400-1401).

Duke of Cornwall's livery. 12 Edw. IV, c. iv. Edward, duke of Cornwall, may give his livery and sign, notwithstanding any former statute (1472).
