RULE 95. Bills for their third reading on a particular day, not reached on that day, shall be placed first on the calendar in the order of third readings of each succeeding day, until disposed of.

RULE 96. No bill upon the calendar shall be taken up out of its order thereon, except by a two-thirds vote of the House.

OF THE RULES.

RULE 97. These rules shall not be altered except after at least three legislative days' notice of the intended alteration, and by a vote of a majority of all the members elected to the House.

RULE 98. No rule shall be suspended except by a vote of at least two-thirds of all the members present; provided, that rule 88 shall not be altered or suspended, except as herein prescribed.

RULE 99. Cushing's Law and Practice of Legislative Assemblies shall be received as a rule in all cases not provided for in the foregoing rules.
