COMPARING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE BIENNIUMS FROM JUNE 1, 1921, TO MAY 31, 1923 AND FROM JUNE 1, 1928 TO MAY 31, 1925. DEFICIENCY APPROPRIATIONS MADE BY THE 1923 LEGISLATURE AND APPROVED BY THE GOVERNOR ARE INCLUDED WITH THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE BIENNIUM BEGINNING JUNE 1, 1921 MADE BY THE 1921 LEGISLATURE. THESE DEFICIENCES ARE SEPARATELY NOTED WHERE SUCH APPROPRIATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE.
