WHEREAS, The State Board of Election Commissioners of the State of Indiana in September, 1908, adopted the election laws of the State of Indiana, with instructions to voters and election officers, prepared by Merrill Moores and William W. Spencer; and

WHEREAS, The then chairmen of the Democratic and Republican State Central Committees concurred in and agreed to abide by such instructions; and

WHEREAS, There have been certain amendments enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, session 1909;

Now, THEREFORE, The undersigned State Board of Election Commissioners hereby agree to reissue the pamphlet of 1908, with the amendments to the Election Law as enacted in said session of 1909.
