Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain ches, but in the living God, whc giveth us richly all things to enjoy ; that they do good, that they be ready to distribute, willing to communicate. 1 Tim. vi. 17, 18. Whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? 1 John iii. 17. To do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. Heb. xiii. 16. Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. Rom. xii. 13. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, es. pecially unto them who are of the houshold of faith. Gal. vi. 10. God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. Heb. vi. 10. Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come. I Cor. xvi. 2.
