state general fund for the payment of per diem of the members and presiding officers of the Legislature in attendance upon the Thirty-sixth (Extra) Session of the Legislature of Nebraska; said per diem to be computed for not more than ten days at the rate of ten dollars per day for members and twenty dollars per day for the Lieutenant Governor.
