No delay ought to occur in the delivery of this JOURNAL, 4 every Number is REGULARLY published on the First of April, Jul October, and January ; should any difficulty, however, be experience in the due arrival of the Numbers, a Letter directed to the Printe shall remedy every inconvenience.
