[No. 402.] AN ACT to revise and amend an act to incorporate the city of Ann Arbor, approved April fourth, eighteen hundred and fifty-one, and an act amendatory thereto, approved February twelfth, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine; and also an act amendatory thereto, approved February twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. TITLE I. INCORPORATION, CITY AND WARD BOUNDARIES. SECTION 1. The People of the State of Michigan, enact, That so much of the township of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw, as is included in the following limits, (including the present city of Ann Arbor,) to-wit: The south three-fourths of section number twenty, the south three-fourths of the west three-fourths of section number twenty-one, the west threefourths of section number twenty-eight, entire section number twenty-nine, the north half of section number thirty-two, and the west three-fourths of the north half of section number thirty-three, in township two south, of range six east; and also so much of the east half of the south-east quarter of section number twenty-one, and the east half of the north-east quarter of section number twenty-eight, as lies west of the easterly |
