WHEN I folicited Permission to prefix your Grace's Name to this small Tract, my Object was—to convince my Readers, that the PRINCIPLES therein contained, are GENUINE Doctrines of the Church of ENGLAND; and that the Clergy of that Church do not think their Province invaded, by the EFFORTS of LAYMEN in the Cause of Religion.
