corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, have received lands granted by said state under the provisions of an act, approved, February 15, 1869, donating internal improvement lands to railroad corporations which should comply with its conditions. Whereas, It is reported that said company have entirely failed to comply with the conditions of said act; therefor, Be it resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Nebraska, That the attorney-general be, and he is hereby directed to examine all matters pertaining to said grant of lands, and bring such action as may be necessary to protect the rights of the State in relation thereto.
