Appropriation for printing.

AN ACT

Making appropriation to pay for the printing of reports of state officers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska :

SECTION 1. That the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or so much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the State Journal Company, for the printing and binding of the reports of state officers, made to the legislature of 1875, and ordered printed by said state officers.

SEC. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Making appropriation to pay for extra work done and material furnished in the publication of the general statutes of Nebraska.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska :

SECTION 1. That the sum of eight thousand seven

SEC. 4. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passsage.

AN ACT

Entitled "An act to provide for the payment of outstanding indebtedness of the Nebraska hospital for the insane.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska :

SECTION 1. That the sum of twenty one hundred dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the treasury of the state for the payment of repairs upon the Nebraska hospital for the insane, occasioned by a storm of July 8, A. D. 1874, and for the payment of the board of trustees of said hospital for their services for the years 1873 and 1874.

SEC. 2. That all outstanding accounts due for the repairs on said hospital shall be audited by the board of trustees and approved by the superintendent.

SEC. 3. The board of trustees shall each file an attested account with the auditor of the state, of the number of day's service actually performed and the number of miles actually and necessarily traveled in the discharge of the duties of their said offices, to be approved by the superintendent, and the auditor of the state is hereby authorized to draw his warrant in favor of said trustees for such sums as shall be found due.

SEC. 4. The auditor of state be and is hereby authoridraw warrant. zed to draw his warrant in favor of such persons as the same may be due for the repairs of the said hospital aforesaid, for the year 1874: Provided however, That the accounts therefor shall have been duly audited by the board of trustees as provided by this act and approved by the superintendent.

To provide for the insurance of the public buildings of the State of
Nebraska.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska:

SECTION 1. The sum of twelve thousand dollars Appropriation. ($12,000) or so much thereof as is found necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay insurance on public buildings, and the auditor is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the general fund for the payment of the premiums on policies.

AN ACT

To provide for the payment of certain outstanding certificates of indebtedness against the building fund of the state normal school.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska: ·

Appropriation to pay warrants issued to Thayer and Boomer.

AN ACT

To provide for the payment of certain state warrants issued to
Thayer and Boomer.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nebraska:

SECTION 1. That the sum of fourteen thousand and thirty-six dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any fund not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the following warrants issued to Thayer and Boomer, of Chicago, Illinois, under the act approved, March 27, 1871:
