That all that portion of the State of Nebraska commencing at the south-east corner of township seventeen (17), north of range thirty (30), west of the sixth principal meridian, thence north along the west boundary line of Logan county to north-east corner of township twenty (20), north of range thirty (30) west; thence west along said township line to the north-west corner of township (20), north of range thirty-five (35) west; thence south on said range line to the south-west corner of township seventeen (17), north of range thirty-five (35), west; thence east along the north boundary line of Lincoln county to the place of beginning, be and the same shall constitute the county of McPherson. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Ne braska: SECTION 1. That section seventy-seven (77) of ch. 17, Comp. article one (1) of chapter seventeen (17) of the Compiled Statutes, be amended to read as follows: Stat. Boundaries of Washington county defined. SEC. 77.
