of agriculture, manual training, and home economics in high schools
accredited to the State University, consolidated rural high schools,
rural high schools, and county high schools, naming the qualifications
of the instructors; authorizing rural schools to become associated with

making the subjects of the course of study of such schools; and providing
that the State Superintendent of Public Instruction shall have general
