AN ACT To provide for the establishment and maintenance of departments of agriculture, manual training, and home economics in high schools accredited to the State University, consolidated rural high schools, rural high schools, and county high schools, naming the qualifications of the instructors; authorizing rural schools to become associated with such schools; limiting schools that may receive state aid under this Act; making the subjects of the course of study of such schools; and providing that the State Superintendent of Public Instruction shall have general supervision over such schools, and that he shall appoint an inspector subject to the approval of the Chancellor of the University of Ne- braska..
