CITY OF LYNN. IN BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN, December 2, 1867. Ordered, That the City Clerk, under the direction of His Honor the Mayor, cause to be prepared and printed a complete history of all matters and proceedings relating to the new City Hall, from the commencement to the completion of the same; including the appropriations and expenditures, together with the Addresses, Poem, and other proceedings connected with the dedication of the building; and that one thousand copies thereof be bound for distribution. Under the authority of the above Order, the Committee of Publication have placed the work in the hands of CYRUS M. TRACY, Esq., for preparation and issue.
