Mercy and free falvation buy;
Buy wine, and milk, and gofpel grace.

Nothing ye in exchange may give
Leave all ye have and are behind;
Freely the gift of God receive,
Pardon and peace in Jefus find.
For Sinners Jefus deign'd to bleed,
And finners in his kingdom fhare;
Who comes as fuch, and feels his need,
Shall find a kind reception there.

HRIST hath bleffings to impart,
Grace to live thee from thy fears
O the love that fills his heart!-
Sinner, wipe away thy tears.
Why art thou afraid to come?
Why afraid to tell thy cafe?
He will not pronounce thy doom;
Smiles are feated on his face.
Tho' his majefty be great,

Yet his mercy is no lefs:
Tho' he thy tranfgreffions hate,
Jefus feels for thy distress.
Raife thy downcaft eyes, and fee,
Numbers do his throne furround;
These were finners once, like thee,
But have full falvation found.
Yield not then to unbelief,

Courage foul!" there yet is room!"

Tho' of finners thou art chief,

Come, thou burden'd finner come.

ARK, hark! the gospel-trumpet founds,
Thro' the wide earth the echo bounds:

Pardon and peace by Jesus' blood,

Rebels are reconcil'd to God,

And led into the heav'nly road,
By grace divine!

Come finners hear the joyful news,
Nor longer dare the grace refufe;
Mercy and juftice here combine,
Goodness and truth harmonious join,
While boundless love in ev'ry line
Invites you near.

Ye faints in glory, ftrike the lyre;
Ye mortals, catch the facred fire;
Let both the Savior's love proclaim,
And spread abroad his matchless fame
For ever worthy is the Lamb
Of endless praise.

Let not confcience make you linger,

Is to feel your need of him :
This he gives you :

'Tis the Spirit's rifing beam.

Come, ye weary, heavy laden,
Loft and ruin'd by the fall;
If you tarry till you're better,
You will never come at all
Not the righteous,

Sinners Jefus came to call,

View him proftrate in the garden;
On the ground your Maker lies!
On the bloody tree behold him ;
Hear him cry, before he dies,
"It is finish'd:

Lo, th' incarnate God afcended

Venture on him, venture wholly
Let no other truft intrude;
None but Jefus

Saints and angels join'd in concert,
Sing the praises of the Lamb;
While the blissful feats of heaven
Sweetly echo with his name.
Hallelujah!

Sinners here may fing the fame.
