At 12 o'clock м. the delegates elect to the Constitutional Convention met in the hall of the House of Representatives. Hon. L. J. Gartrell, of the Thirty-fifth District, called the delegates to order, and moved that the Hon. T. L. Guerry, of the Twelfth District, be called to the Chair as temporary President, which motion prevailed. Upon motion of Hon. L. N. Trammell, of the Fortysecond District, M. A. Harden and E. B.
