Chapter 67.

Resolve in favor of the Women's Christian Temperance Union Temporary Home for Children.

Resolved, that there be and is hereby appropriated for the use and benefit of the Women's Christian Temperance Union Children, in Temporary Home for Children, located at Gardiner, seven hundred and fifty dollars for the year nineteen hundred and eleven, and seven hundred and fifty for the year nineteen hundred and twelve, for maintenance. Should any part of the appropriation for a particular year remain unexpended at the end of said year it shall not lapse but may be expended in the succeeding year.

Resolve naming the principal building at the School for Feeble-Minded.

Resolved, that the principal brick building recently constructed solve relating at the home for feeble minded and now occupied by patients be hereafter known as "Staples Hall" in honor of the Honorable Lindley Murray Staples of Washington, as a recognition of his untiring efforts for the last ten years in behalf of the unfortunate class for whom this home is provided.

Resolved, that there be and is hereby appropriated the sum of one thousand dollars for the use of the Maine Children's Home Society, of Augusta, for the year nineteen hundred and eleven, and one thousand dollars for the year nineteen hundred and twelve, both sums for maintenance. Should there be any unexpended balance of said appropriation for a particular year, such balance shall not lapse, but may be expended in the year next succeeding.
