Resolved, That a special committee of the senate be appointed to investigate the necessity for and advisability of the construction of new university buildings, such special committee to report to this body its findings and recommendations at the earliest day possible, and be it further Resolved, That the senate committee on committees is directed to recommend to the senate the names of three senators to serve on such special committee.
