JOINT RESOLUTION

Senator Skogmo offered a joint resolution memorializing the president of the United States to urge a conference of neutral nations of the world, and asked unanimous consent that it be considered privileged and placed on the calendar for tomorrow.

Senator Hanson objected.

Senator Skogmo then asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered privileged and placed upon the calendar for Wednesday.

The president doubted the privilege of the resolution and it was referred to the committee on Legislative Procedure.
