Be it Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the committee on State Affairs of the assembly and the special committee on Conservation of the senate act as a joint committee to be known as the joint committee on Conservation of the 1915 legislature; the said joint committee on Conservation to hear and act upon all bills relating to water-powers, reforestration, the state forest reserve, drainage and any other bills which may be referred to the committee on Conservation so created.
