Senator Fairchild moved that the senate return to Order No. 5. Senator Bichler arose to a point of order that the motions regarding adjournment should take precedence. The president held the point of order well taken and the question was: Shall the senate fix the time to which to adjourn as Monday, at 9 o'clock, p. m?
