And on motion of Mr. Pinkney said bill was laid upon the table

No. 50 S., A bill to make warrants issued by the Board of Public Works subsequent to the 17th day of April 1852 receivable in payment for lands belonging to the Improvement,

And on motion of Mr. Stewart said bill was referred to a select. committee of three, consisting of Messrs. Stewart, Bashford and Boyee.

across the Milwaukee River, on or near the town-line between the towns of Grafton and Mequon, in the county of Washington. Mr. Miller in the Chair.

Said bill No. 109 A., was ordered to be read the third time. Said bill No. 114 A., was referred to the Committee on Printing. Mr. Stewart moved to reconsider the vote by which was passed No. 104 S., A bill to incorporate the Wisconsin Central Railroad Company.

Mr. Smith moved to lay said motion to reconsider upon the table,

An act to incorporate the Plymouth and Charleston Plank road Company.

An act to fix the terms of the Circuit Court in the third Judicial Circuit.

A memorial to the Postmaster General for increase of service on Mail Route No. 4616,

An act to authorize the erection of a dam across the Milwaukee river in Milwaukee county.
