And, on motion of Mr. Carey, said bill was recommitted to the committee on Printing.

No. 64 A., a bill to amend an act entitled "an act to incorporate the Winnebago Lake and Fox River Road Company," and

No. 54 A., a bill to organize the county of Waupaca for judicial

purposes,

Were severally ordered to be read a third time.

Mr. Bovee, from the committee on Town and County organization, on leave granted, submitted the following report:

The committee on Town and County organization, to whom was referred the petition of Peter Koning and others, praying for the repeal of the act establishing the town of Kossuth; also, bill No. 79 A., to repeal an act establishing the town of Kossuth, approved April 17th, 1852, have had the same consideration, and would respectfully submit,

That your committee believe that the act establishing the town of Kossuth did not properly reflect the wishes of the people of said town; that said act was hastily passed and without the knowledge of many of its inhabitants. Your committee would therefore report said bill back to the Senate with the recommendation that the same do pass.
