141. C. M. Tin Thee I put my trust, HOU art my hiding-place, O Lord! HIS INTERCESSION. ARISE, my soul, arise, A Shake off thy guilty fears, The bleeding Sacrifice In my behalf appears; Before the throne my Surety stands, 2 He ever lives above, For me to intercede; H. M His all-redeeming love, His precious blood to plead; 3 Five bleeding wounds He bears, He cannot turn away, Cannot refuse His Son; His Spirit answers to the blood, 5 My God is reconciled, His pard'ning voice I hear: With confidence I now draw nigh, 143 (789).
