DOXOLOGIES AND DISMISSIONS.

717, (L. M.)
To God the Father, God the Son;

And God the Spirit, three in one,
Be honour, praise, and glory giv’n,
By all on earth, and all in heav'n.

718. (S. M.)
YE angels round the throne,

And saints that dwell below, Worship the Father, love the Son, And bless the Spirit too,

719. (L. M.) 1 us

ISMISS us with thy blessing, Lord;
Make us to feed

upon
Our faith confirm; our sins forgive,

And let thy truth within us live.
2 Though we are guilty, thou art good;

Wash all our works in Jesu's blood:
Give ev'ry fetter'd soul release,
And bid us all depart in peace.

720. (C. M.)
I
FATHER, before we hence depart,

Send thy good Spirit down : Let him reside in ev'ry heart, And bless the seed that's sown.

:

3 Thou fountain of eternal love,

Who gav’st thy Son to die,
Let thy sweet unction, from above,
Enlighten and apply.

721. (P. M.) I LORD, dismiss us with thy blessing,

Fill our hearts with joy and peace; Let us each, thy love possessing, Triumph in redeeming grace.

O refresh us,
Trav'ling through this wilderness.
2 Thanks we give, and adoration,

For thy gospel's joyful sound,
May the fruits of thy salvation
In our hearts and lives aboưnd.

Ever faithful,
To the truth may we be found.
3 So, whene'er the signal's given,

Ús from earth to call away,
Borne on angel's wings to heaven,
Glad the summons to obey,

May we ever,
Reign with Christ in endless day!

722. (S. M.)
1 NCE more, before we part,

We'll bless the Saviour's name; Record his mercies ev'ry heart,

Sing ev'ry tongue the saine. 2 Hoard up his sacred word,

And feed thereon and grow;
Go on to seek to know the Lord,

And practise what you know.

723.. (P.M.) 1 MAY

AY the grace of Christ our Saviour,

And the Father's boundless love, With the Holy Spirit's favour,

Rest upon us from above. 2 Thus may we

bide in union
With each other, and the Lord ;
And possess, in sweet communion,
Joys which earth cannot afford.
724.

(C. M.)
TO Father, Son, and Holy Ghost,

One God whom we adore;
Be glory as it was, is now,
And shall be ever more.

725. P. M.)
LORY, honour, praise, and power,

, , Jesus Christ is our Redeemer, Hallelujah, Amen.

726. (L. M.) 1 CHRI VHRISTIANS! brethren ! ere we part,

Join every voice, and every heart; One solemn hymn to God we raise,

One final song of grateful praise.
2 Christians, we here may meet no more,

But there is yet a happier shore;
And there, releas’d from toil and pain,
Brethren, we shall meet again.

3 Now to God the Three in One,

Be eternal glory done ;
Raise, ye saints, the sound again,
Ye nations, join the loud Amen.

727. (C.M.)

To

Who gave to all things breath; Glory unto the gracious word,

Who say'd us by his death;
Glory unto the Spirit be,

By whom all things do move:
All glory to the Trinity,
One glorious God above.

728. (P.M.)
"O God, the Father, King supreme,

And Christ, who did his Church redeem,
And to the Holy Ghost,
In essence One, in persons Three,
Immortal praise and glory be,
By all the heav'nly host.

729. (P. M.)
VIVE glory to God, ye children of men,

And publish abroad, again and again ;
The Son's glorious merit, the Father's free grace,
The gifts of the Spirit, to Adam's lost race.

730. (P.M.)
YE E sons of men, your voices raise,

And sing th' eternal Father's praise,
And glorify the Son.
Give glory to the Holy Ghost,
And join with all th' angelic host,

To bless the great Three-One.
