Where my Redeemer God

To which the great resort,
Are once to be compared with this,

Where Jesus holds His court.

With radiant glory crowned,
Our joyful eyes behold Him sit,

And smile on all around.
4. To IIim their prayers and cries

Each humble soul presents;
He listens to their broken sighs,

And grants them all their wants.
5. Give me, O Lord, a place

Within Thy bless'd abode,
Among the children of Thy grace,

The servants of my God.

1. JESUS, who knows full well

The heart of every saint,
Invites us all our griefs to tell,

To pray, and never faint.
2. He bows His gracious ear,


e never plead in vain : Yet we must wait till He appear,

And pray, and pray again.
3. Jesus the Lord will hear

His chosen when they cry;
Yes, though He may awhile forbear,

He'll help them from on high.

4. His nature, truth, and love,

Engage Him on their side;
When they are grieved, His bowels move,

And can they be denied ?
5. Then let us earnest be,
And never faint in

He loves our importunity,
And makes our cause His care.

1. BlEst be the tie that binds

Our hearts in Christian love;
The fellowship of kindred minds

Is like to that above.

2. Before our Father's throne

We pour our ardent prayers;
• Our fears, our hopes, our aims are one,

Our comforts and our cares.
3. We share our mutual woes,

Our mutual burdens bear;
And often for each other flows

The sympathizing tear.
4. When we asunder part,

It gives us inward pain;
But we shall still be joined in heart,

And hope to meet again.
5. This glorious hope revives

Our courage by the way ;
While each in expectation lives,

And longs to see the day.
6. From sorrow, toil, and pain,

And sin, we shall be free,
And perfect love and friendship reign

Through all eternity.

Thy hand from every snare and foe,

Shall great deliverance bring.

To Zion shall be given
The brightest glories earth can yield,

And brighter bliss of heaven.

The Christian world o'erspread;
Gentile and Jew, and bond and free,

Are one in Christ, their Head.
2. Among the saints on earth

Let mutual love be found;
Heirs of the same inheritance,

With mutual blessings crowned.

Resemble that above,
Where streams of pleasure ever flow,

And every heart is love.

1. WHEN shall we all meet again ?

When shall we all meet again ?
Oft shall glowing hope expire;
Oft shall wearied love retire,

Oft shall death and sorrow reign,

Ere we all shall meet again.
2. Though on foreign shore we sigh,

Far remote our native sky;
Though the depths between us roll,
Hope shall anchor there our soul,

And in faith’s well known domain,

Within the vail, we'll meet again.
3. When the dreams of life are fled,

When its wasted lamps are dead,
When in cold oblivion's shade
Beauty, wealth, and fame, are laid,

Where immortal spirits reign,
Thither soar, to meet again!


1. CAILDREN of the heavenly King,

As ye journey, sweetly sing;
Sing your Saviour's worthy praise,

Glorious in His works and ways.
2. Ye are traveling home to God,

In the way the fathers trod;
They are happy now-and ye

Soon their happiness shall see.
3. Shout, ye little flock, and blest,

You on Jesus' throne shall rest:
There your seat is now prepared
There your kingdom and reward.

4. Fear not, brethren, joyful stand

On the borders of your land;
Jesus Christ, your Father's Son,

Bids you undismayed go on.
5. Lord, submissive make us go,

Gladly leaving all below;
Only Thou our leader be,
And we still will follow Thee.

Each the other's burden bear;
To Thy Church the pattern give;
Show how true believers live.

5. Free from anger and from pride,

Let us thus in God abide;
All the depths of love express-

All the heights of holiness.
6. Let us then with joy remove
To the family above;
On the wings of angels fly;
Show how true believers die.
