COMMUNICATIONS TO THE SENATE.

MADISON, January 30, 1913.

To the Honorable, the Legislature of the State of Wisconsin: The board of regents of normal schools of the state of Wisconsin, pursuant to subsection 4 of section 406 A of the Statutes of the state, begs leave to submit herewith full plans, and estimates for building and equipping a normal school in the city of Eau Claire, on the grounds selected for a site by the board of regents and donated to the state by the city of Eau Claire.

The board also reports that it has caused a plan of the above grounds to be made by Mr. Phelps Wyman, landscape architect, of the city of Minneapolis, at an expense of $155.18, and has expended for grading in accordance with such plans the sum of $882.96. The fees of the architects for the plans and estimates for the building and the equipment of the same are being held in abeyance pending the action of your honorable body.
