Resolved by the Assembly, the Senate concurring, That a joint aelect committee of nine be appointed, six from the assembly and

three from the senate, to whom shall be referred all bills and resolutions relative to the re-districting of the state into congressional, senatorial and assembly districts.

Senator Clark moved to amend, so that it will read

"A joint select committee of fifteen, nine from the assembly and six from the senate," etc.

Which amendment prevailed, and

The resolution as amended was concurred in.
